Project Layout
Below is a plat map view of the project layout from a 1,000 feet out (or so). Plans from
1393 to 1650 sf will be located on the bottom two rows. Plans 1736 sf and larger will be on the top
two rows. The attached homes located on the exterior of the development are planned to be 1450 sf
and will be part of the second phase.
